Leif is a passionate waterman, experienced lifeguard, and an absolute frother when it comes to big wave foiling and jet skis. With years spent mastering the ocean in all its moods, he brings skill and serious stoke to everything he does. Leif has built strong partnerships with industry-leading experts from around the globe and has pulled this network together to offer top of the line products at WAI IKA. Whether it’s safety, performance, or pushing limits on the water, Leif’s knowledge and connections ensure WAI IKA delivers only the best.

JESS

Jess is an experienced lifeguard and skilled operator with a deep respect for the ocean. With years spent on the front line of surf lifesaving, she knows exactly what it takes to keep people safe while creating epic ocean experiences. Combining her background in environmental management and marketing, Jess brings a sharp strategic vision to WAI IKA, ensuring every product and partnership reflects WAI IKA' commitment to safety, sustainability, and performance. Guided by this ethos, WAI IKA is building a trusted community of water men and women.
